On Havana Cocteles - Cuban Fruits

As you all should know by now, at this year Havana Club Cocktail Grand Prix, we’re asking competitors to come up with the next Cuban classic. And “Cuban” is not just a token word here. You’ll be working hand in hand with local cantineros and be expected to use the freshest ingredients from Havana’s produce markets and street stalls. A few weeks ago, we introduced a few of the exotic wonders you’ll have to deal with. Now it’s time for a small follow up, where we will focus on fruits you should already be familiar with but maybe do not use enough.
